I second that. My eyes are so freaking itchy it's driving me insane

Ugh!!! I have a film in my throat (go ahead, whoever gets here first, get it out of your system) and my nose is all stuffy...plus sinus pressure and a scratch cough. Boo!!!

Holy shit...you do know it is going to be hard to breath up there right?
Kind of hard to train at lower altitudes ...all you can do is just run run run and push your self.
Some people go train in high altitudes on purpose to have an edge when coming back down.
You could see if you could find a large building and use the stairs to keep climbing...will work out the legs for the climb.

Yup, i agree...its hard breathing at high altitudes. That's the killer for me..

I am daring myself for this. I saw a grandpa be able to do it. I think I can do it too. The highest altitude I've done so far is 2,000 ft high. I train at that mountain 2x per day; 4 x/week. The most I've done with distance is 13 miles, 8 hours. I am climbing Mt Baldy 4500 elevation ,11.2 miles next week- so shall see. Thanks :)
