looking for houses/property for sale in the Toronto area....found one i think i can buy for 150,000, put 50,000 into it, flip it and make about 400,000 profit.....however, talking the husband into it is really putting a wrench into it. He's such a country bumpkin with no goals. I may have to do it on my own....i could do it with my dad, but he'd do a half assed job. Nope I need someone like me to do the job with. One months hard work...go go go....i may call in a few favours....hummmmm lots to think about and i better do it quick, things like this don't last long on the market in Toronto. FUCK!!!!

Drying off....just came in from a walk with he dog and we didn't get 1/3rd of the way around our route and the heavens opened.

But my new motto for 2012 is: if you wait for ideal conditions you'd never get anything done.
