buy a hockey mouth guard Mel. It works like the expensive shit the dentists make for you but is way cheaper and comes in colours and oh ya is way ugly when you smile. lmao
I used to have one the dentist made me. it was clear and you couldn't see it. I haven't used one in years though as I try really hard to live stress free. lmao try hard hahahahaha!
But ya, try a hockey mouth guard. i think they are about 20 - 50 bucks and they mold to your mouth so they won't come out in your sleep and chock you.

I have to take dental splint with me when I go to the dentist on Friday.. It doesn't fit right since I had Liam.. and actually I really haven't needed it in the last couple years till that the last couple months.. I have the crease back on the inside of my jaw so they want me to start wearing it again.. but it hurts too much... I am also having jaw aches like you wouldn't believe again...
Our INS will pay for my splints.. I just have to take the time to get moulded etc again :S... blah...
