:lol If you can't find a job where you are now... good luck finding one in this part of NJ!..

My husband had to take a pay cut two years ago, and he is earning less than he did 30 years ago.. :(

... but at least he has a job... so far...

Raising gas prices is one way to get people to be more green. Now it's like '3 blocks, I can walk that'. And before it was '3 blocks, eff that. I'll drive'.

At least $4 a gallon here. They're saying that the price will go down with the demand going down with people using less, but I'm not holding my breath. :p

thinking long about our road trip this summer...may not be a happening...its okay..more time to renovate and prepare for the selling of the house.

That has been used as the excuse for years in this country, hasn't made a single bit of difference...the only thing that made people drive less is the downturn we are currently having, when our economy recovers, it will be back to square one
