Guinea according to "The Urban Dictionary"
"The most vile racial slur that can be used against an Italian-American. Refers to the Guinea Coast of Africa; using this slur is a very offensive way of implying that Italian-Americans are non-whites."

Okay, yes, I agree THAT is offensive. I don't use the term...just heard it used, by an Italian-American, to describe their own shirt. :24:

LMAO! That's funny because the rest of it says that Italian-American's NEVER use it.

To be fair, this was a member of the Jersey Shore cast...so take what I said w/ a grain of salt.

And yes, it was one of the 2 cast members that actually IS Italian. :24:

I have never heard of that slur
nor will I repeat it
sounds like BS to me
I think there was an event that happened and they derived the word from that said event to verbally attack certain humans that fall under the category according to their either race or appearance or where they live lived or what they are wanting to do.
Just BS so the people that let the slur offend them are giving in to the taunt. A taunt only works if the tauntee responds in a manner that makes the taunter enjoy taunting.

Probably pretty true.

I dunno, in Jersey I've heard it used frequently enough that I was shocked some of you had never heard of it :p

I've also heard some Italians use it to refer to their heritage almost affectionately, including my own father... but then again, some black people seem to love using the "n" word for themselves too....

Yeah ... I actually heard it in a Grand Theft Auto game LOL! Of course, it was Italian Mafia VS. Irish Mob so it was "mick" this and "Guinea" that.

Learn to spell... IJS

Learn to keep up with the evolution of language, as internet & street slang combine.

That is supposed to be 'werk' as opposed to 'work'. As in, "werk it gurlfrien'!", or "Ooooh, that boy sure is werkin' it!!".
