according to wikipedia, West Edmonton mall is the largest mall in north america and the 3rd largest in the world

It has an indoor amusment park which houses the largest indoor roller coaster in north america

Also has a really beautiful indoor waterpark with too many slides to go down in one day.

also its the only mall with an actual floating pirate boat in it that was air lifted in back in 81 i think?

Another cool feature they added was in the movie theatre they built a life size dragon that actually moves and breathes fire every 20 mins

an underwater sea cavern with lots of different sea creatures to check out for only 10 dollars.

along with 3 food courts, 4 theates, 3 different minigolf areas, theres alot to see here.

what do yall think? anybody been?

Above is Bouron street which tries to recreate a mardi gras type thing. its really cool, just a strip with bars, comedy clubs, restaurants.

Theres a oriental supermarket there as well (that smells really funny i might add)

and theres some other pics of random places in the mall. To walk from one end to the other it takes about 20 mins haha. its damn huge.
 
oh yeah theres also some submarines that go underwater and passes the underwater sea cavern so you can see the sharks and stuff.

The only other thing thats really cool is the fantasy land hotel. It has about 16 different themed rooms for about 200 bucks a night. i havent gotten to stay in one but im seriously thinking all those rooms have been severly over sexed!
 
I like the look of that Rob, it looks clean too, but that's absolutely nothing like we have here at all really - not all in one place anyway.

hahahaha, one day when i was feeling rebelious i tried to ollie over those stairs at the bottom of the picture of bourbon street.

well i didnt make it and then i got kicked out for 6 months haha. I was in the next day though. I was like "honestly out of the thousands of people that come in and out each day are they seriously gonna be able to single me out?"
 
yes i remember the west edmonton mall athough it has been a long time since i been there how many years ago i remember sitting i the hard rock cafe. things must have changed alot since then i have not been to edmonton since i moved out of alberta how many years ago.
