I was never bullied luckily, because I was quite a strong character when I was back in school. People just automatically had respect for me although I have absolutely no idea why. But I was glad for it nevertheless. Regardless of no one setting out to bully me, I have always been a sensitive person, because I am highly emotionally intelligent, so I am able to read body language and just feel the energy very well. I was more offended through the things that I witness through that if I am being honest. Some of those incidents still effect me today.

Were you bullied? if so, does it still effect you today?

I was bullied a lot, then I discovered they stop if you fight back.
I should have fought back more, but I was afraid of getting into trouble with the school admins. I seemed to come out on the losing end with them, when there was an altercation. Some of their faves were the ones who picked on me.

The schools I was in. . .bullying was unheard of. Maybe it's because most of kids were almost the same size and lived in the same neighborhood. You had to be terrified of what parents would do to you if someone squeaked on you. I guess that kind of helped. So for me, bullying is a tale I've heard people speak of.

I was always bullied when I was younger; it's a sad truth. I used to be that shy little girl that would never speak up, but now I've changed dramatically! I used to be bullied because of my voice, my size - you name it; I've even gotten my belongings stolen. I remember one incident in grade 5 (just before graduating from elementary school) my so-called "friends" said that I had to learn to swear in order to hang out with them in middle school. Of course I didn't want to do that and so I was bullied for not being able to swear. Of course I moved on and got new friends. Another incident was in grade 7, a girl and I liked the same boy and she cornered me the gym change room and started screaming at me and would constantly bully me!

Now I've changed, I now fight back and my mouth runs like water if it needs to, I've learned a lot from my past and I'm glad to say that I've grown tremendously thanks to my boyfriend. :D

I was bullied off and on throughout school. It was never a regular thing, but when it happened it often put me in a bad mood for months. The worst part about it all, one of the "bullies" was a person who I initially thought was a good friend. Thankfully, I'll never have to see those people again. I've learned that it's best to stand up for yourself and not be treated like a doormat. Unfortunately, people WILL walk all over you if you choose to let it happen.

I was bullied quite often in junior school where they would tease and call me names. I remember crying, going back home and compaining to my mom. She would then come to my rescue and kick their asses. Later, she would shout at me too for not being man enough to fight my own battles which made me feel really bad. I wasn't as physically strong back then so I usually lost in the battle of fists. Fortunately in due course of time I manned up and now I can fight my own battles.

I was as a kid. It stopped when I became a teenager and realized how to deal with them. I thank my bullies for forcing me to adapt and become more clever than them. Most kids weren't so lucky though, a lot of them never figured it out.

I was bullied back in elementary school, but that never happened in junior high or high school. I developed quite an attitude and reputation back when I was going to junior high. I remember that once I was almost getting beaten up by a bunch of girls, they went to see me during the lunch break, they surrounded me, but I stayed calm and that helped me a lot! Because if I had shown any sign of fear or weakness they'd have beaten me up later that day after school. Whenever I look back and think about this I'm just like ''wow''. I can't believe I did that... so smart and daring! LOL!

Luckily, I was never bullied. It is sad, that it happens as often as it does. These days it gets way out of hand. I do know, people who were bullied in school.

I was bullied yeah. I had problems and that made me the easy target, the one to single out. Seems like if you're not strictly the norm then it makes you open game to ridicule. It's wrong but it's the way it works it seems to be. I've likened schools to wolf packs. The pack will always find a "lame duck" to separate from the group

A lot, from when I was a child all the way through my adolescence. I was always a chubby kid, and continued to be overweight after I grew up. I was never obese, though. But where I lived and in my school there were not that many fat people, and in my class I was the only "fat girl". It was the worst and I don't wish that to anyone. I couldn't really fight back, because mainly the boys bullied me, and I felt there was nothing I could do. That is the reason why I always find it odd when people say girls bully the others, cause with me it was always the boys. To this day, at 24, I have a very hard time trusting men.

Once, yes. It was pretty bad, but I think every girl in our school went through it at least once. Otherwise, I was friends with everyone.. the peace keeper.
