Went to buy shoes today..

I have new balance tennis shoes for regular outings ($45)

I also have a pair of Reef flip flops with a built in bottle opener in the sole ($40)

I have a pair or Rockport dress shoes for work ($80)

I have a pair of Sketchers casual boots for outings ($50)

Now granted, I get them all 70% off at work, but that is all I need...


It is good that you and Joe are getting the kids nice stuff. They will not have to worry about people making fun of their clothes and stuff- isnt too bad with guys as opposed to girls- but this will give them less stress too.

yeh when i was growing up my parents could only afford to buy me shoes from payless or k-mart, but when I was about 13 I got a job cutting lawns for the summer and starting buying my own stuff... but now I only wear Timberland boots or Nikes.

I'm a sneakers guy. Mostly Chucks and knock-offs because I like the look of them.
Also, I recently fell in love with cheap tennis shoes. They're like, eight bucks, and I can wear them anywhere and tear them up and it doesn't matter, because I paid with a ten dollar bill and got change. And they're comfy.
