One of the office ladies and another woman came up to our building, and were talking about the best way for someone to get into an apartment. It sounded like they were talking on our patio, which has a low brick wall separating it from the "lawn". After a bit, we could hear them saying, if he goes up and then down, he has this many steps. Or I could just sit him on the ledge and swing his legs over one at a time.
We decided to go out and see what was up. They had walked away already, but there were wet footprints on our patio!
I think maybe the lady was off a building, because our unit a building over is vacant. Either that, or the office knows something I don't about my lease end date...
