well its finally here

I get my surgery on my left shoulder on the 28th and it looks like I will be extended medicaly for rehabilitation on my shoulder...it only took a handful of months getting jerked around to finall have them come through

which can be a good thing, I guess, but using "righty" if you're a righty or "lefty" if you're a southpaw has a high level of comfort, if you know what I mean. It's like an old shoe - you know just what to expect.

its the labrum which is cartilage that acts as a spacer...well when it tears it hurts a lot so the have to go in and anchor it back together
