physical therapy on thursday....remember last year I had surgery on my right shoulder well my left shoulder is bothering me now the same way the right was but it hurts a lot worse and I have less movement...so the navy is sending me to physical therapy to see just what I can do with it and from there I know they are going to send me for an mri and most likeley surgery from there...fun times

cortisone is the worst thing you can do for it....its just a temp fix that in long run will make worse because all it leaves behind is scar tissue
