I get crazy ones on myspace constantly, not so much on my messengers (as I make myself invisi so they can't see me lol).

I rarely use my AIM anymore, I prefer YIM .. because I can make myself invisi to others and avaliable to my friends (or just the friends I want to see me). With AIM you are either there or you're not .. not very user friendly imo lol.

When I did use AIM more, I got a lot of random IM's. Most of them spam bots or porn bots. Very aggravating indeed! lol

Update your AIM, you can make yourself invisible on that, as well as MSN also.

Well you can go invisi on AIM (by clicking that little eye), but you are invisi to everyone .. with Yahoo you can pick and choose who you are invisi to.

Like, say if you have 10 friends, I can make myself invisi to all, to 1, or none, or 3, ect by right clicking their name in my list and choosing what I want) lol.

AIM doesn't let you do that, does it? I haven't updated it in 6 months or so.

You're right, AIM and MSN are invisible to everyone. But you can click on their names and talk if you desire. No one else will message you though.

Yeah, but see I get engrossed in what I'm doing (like now, I'm on here and not paying attention to who is signing on and off lol .. or earlier whan I was making a new MP3 player for my myspace, or like when I am taking a nap) lol.

I'm also one of those people who kinda forget to call/IM people .. so if they happen to see me on they will do it for me LOL.

I don't really use AIM anymore. I used to use it all the time when I was in highschool. Now it's just something to rely on when you don't feel like calling people.

third-party yahoo client YahELite kicks ass :ninja

might take a bit to get used to though. the major focus is apparently chatting in chat rooms.

with the chat rooms, yahelite allows for wildcard ignore..

like if these users were in the room:

randomsexychick007
randomsexychick018
randomsexychick019
randomsexychick010
randomsexychick011
randomsexychick012
randomsexychick013

one wildcard entry:

regex:^randomsexychick.*$

would knock them all out. :D and that allows you to not have to worry about them private messaging you through yahelite as well. if you have "only allow friends to pm you" ... and you get the invisi stuff too...

among other clients.

and no, i did not program it. it would take years for me to do that, and thats just to get something on the screen, less the actual clients talking....
