14lb = a stone
THAT'S the one that always confuses me. :willy_nilly:
I dont understand how!!
Nope, 7lb = half a stone. I don't understand the kg or lb system but it's easy enough to convert stone and pounds to pounds. Easier than to kg IMO.
I guess we use both kg and lb here, so I'm used to hearing those...we don't use stones, but you're right, it is pretty simple, come to think of it. Stupid question...does your scale show in stones or pounds?
Stones but I have the option to put it to kg or lb. If I did that I would have no idea how much I weigh though!
I think I'd like stones...the smaller the number the better.
Yeah...I'm slacking at the office, so I saw your reply as soon as it came up, lol.
I'm always in denial when it comes to my weight...until I see a picture of myself and then I open my eyes to the ugly reality.
I'm getting there, I've lost 11.5lb so far. That's since March. No kidding that I've been up and down good weeks and bad. Determined to get this weigh off though.
You look tiny in pictures you post...how much more do you want to lose?
LOL...I stepped on a scale this morning and it had me at about 50 lbs less than I know I weigh...the first thought was..hmmm, maybe, then ummm...no fat ass, you're a size 11, if I weighed that again I'd be a size 2.
