I enjoy preparing meals at home. I try to find new recipes to cook at home, particularly healthier ones, because I have a chronic condition. I also enjoy going to the beach. I am grateful to live near the beach to listen to the relaxing sound of the waves.
 
Have you tried sleeping?😴 It is the perfect exercise that helps one get away from the troubles of life. Yes, it is temporary, but who cares?
