Good Job Siphy. It's unfortunate you didn't have your DSLR with you but even at that you've showed it's a place I would love to see.

It's worth it. There are many dungeon style exhibits too which all add to the atmosphere and help give an idea of how things were in times gone by.

I don't see the difference between these pics and your DSLR pics. May as well just keep shooting with the POS...ermm...P&S.

Having shot with both, it's easy for me to see the things that I can and can't do with the P&S. Not having to change lenses (despite it's limitations) and the lack of weight were definite pluses. :thumbup

I thought of you as I saw signs for Coventry. Being so close, I imagine you must have been to the castle a few times?

If I was a mutli billionaire or something, I'd buy up my hometown castle and ruins and then get it painstakingly redone to become a featured attraction like Warwick. Breath new life into the town etc.
