Warm weather gets me in the mood to grill.

I grilled Ribeyes Monday night.
I grilled Portabellas on Wednesday & chicken breasts last night.

Maybe I am just in the mood to cook. I made brownies last night too.

I will be putting 2 boston butts, and a couple slabs of ribs in the smoker around 5 in the morning. (Having a party saturday) Nothing like getting up before daylight and starting the fire.

We love having BBQ's with our friends - it adds such a lovely feel to the atmosphere; something you just don't get sitting inside.

It`s bloody cold here now.. but Fred you mention BBQ steak and I am wondering how long it would take in -21C weather to cook a steak! LOL
