It's weird because Walmart own Asda here in England I believe... and everything they sell is really cheap compared to its rivals.

I have to figure out what size I wear now. I'd say prob a large or medium. I tried on my leather jacket Friday night and its too big for me now.

For a vest you probably want to go a size larger to allow for extra layers. I typically wear a hoodie under mine, so it's an XXL.

Down filled coats have historically been expensive. My Eddie Bauer parka version cost $150 over 12 years ago. I will agree with you though that the prices everywhere are through the roof. Wal-Mart is just following the inflation schedule. Inflation is designed to force you to spend and not save. Better buy that vest now as next year it will be $60!:surrender

I've noticed that too, their prices sorta crept up. The best way to shop is unfortunately to go to a bunch of stores, which wastes time and gas D:
