lifting more than your own weight...not bad at all...I am 170ish and lift about that
when I was lifting full time in the gym I could put up 350...but that was long before I got lazy
im 195, im benching 275. I'm content with that, i guess. I have a 6'3 wingspan tho, so its more work for me 
when I was putting up 350 I was about 205-215lbs I also had a 500 +lb deadlift though
I can lift 58lbs :dunno
