Exactly! And my mum's showers are so bloody short, having hers later won't affect her unlike if I put mine later.

yeah, it's just like with my brother, he'd bitch about me showering at night but he thought nothing of doing laundry whilst I was trying to sleep(lol the laundry room was also my bedroom at the time)

Ahh man that would suck! My house is in a pretty good position, it's always the right temperature for me, not too noisy, dark enough at night, blocks out a lot of things. It's sort of near the laundry, I can hear the dryer/washing machine and shower go on, but I can sleep through it usually.

my new place is like that, always a good temp, and I'm not right next to the shower or anything, we don't have a washer/dryer here though unfortunately.

laundromat, we're moving into a bigger place here pretty soon, we are just waiting for them to clean it out, hopefully there'll be room there for a washer and dryer.

I don't mind small houses, as long as they aren't cluttered.

yeah I like having a small room, everything is within reach and it doesn't take long to clean, as long as it's not run down a small house can be nice.

Although the last small house I lived in was awfully freezing cold in Winter lol.

I live with my mum, and always have, except for about three months this year, about April to the beginning of July, I lived with my ex (we were dating at the time). He was only about 15 minutes away but there was a dramatic difference between his house and mine, quite an awful difference to be honest lol.

lol yeah I've lived with my parents my whole life too, I know I need to get my own place though. there is a massive difference between New York and Oregon too, I'm used to it being 110 degrees every day during the summer, here it rarely gets above 90.
