Well, not womb. Yer not a human until you're born ... sometimes not even then.

My understanding is that legally you have no rights as a person until you are born and viable, but not according to religious conservatives- at conception you are a underdeveloped person, but a person non the less.

The legal definition is the only one that fictionalizes a difference between the human within the womb and the human without. The DNA doesn't morph during gestation from non-human to human.
