I brush 3 times a day. Once after each meal.

Yeah, but that depends on my sleeping patterns lol, being sick recently I often slept randomly through the day and night, so I didn't know if I had brushed them twice a day because my days were screwed up lol! But yes, twice a day is good

I'm always impressed by the people who are able to do that. There's a person at my job who brushes her teeth after lunch so she can get it in three times a day.

I try to get twice, but sometimes I just forget.
