no plans really other than checking in on some applications, but you never know when I could be called in for a job interview, I want to try to keep my sleeping times as normal as possible.

mmmmmmm that's gonna smell good;)
only thing was when I tried to open the jar of garlic it was like locked tight, maybe telling me I shouldn't use it? but then it opened up and I am glad I opened it!!! I remember when mom used to make a roast on a Sunday afternoon (although she used real cloves of garlic) that smell....oh yeah!

I cut little slits in mine and insert the garlic....at least two or three pieces depending on the size of the roast.

have never worked with actual bulbs of garlic, maybe I need some cooking lessons...

I'll get my apron?;)

If it's a big roast then you can use two cloves....but cut them in two before inserting them into the roast....if it's only small the use one and do the same thing.

are you familiar with pounds or kilograms? because the roast weighs 4.72 lb/2.1 kilograms

Oh, then use two cloves doll. Cut two in half and make 4 slits in the roast rather deeply.....insert the garlic by pushing it down with your finger.....garnish and bake as usual. Let me know how it turns out....sound yummy.;)

I usually don't buy bulbs of garlic. we had some minced garlic here. I took half a teaspoon and lathered the roast with it. and then topped it with the onions and salt and pepper...but next time I will definitely buy the bulbs and give it a shot...
