I used to make those when I would stay up until 5:00 a.m every morning during the Summer haha. They are especially good on one of those sandwich presses, like a grill/Breville thing.

I think even just a small one for sandwiches is pretty cheap these days. If you can't afford them though, it's still good even with a toaster. I just prefer the presses 'cause toast can go cold quickly and the cheese won't melt/warm up properly with the toast and I don't like that strangely So I use the press thingys.
