Finally off the phone with Tmobile! Can you believe that I just wanted to upgrade my phone after being with them for 2 years and they sent me a phone that I have to have internet with. I don't want internet on my damn phone cuz that would cost me an extra $30! So I refused delivery on Friday like they told me to do. Now they're trying to make me pay for the phone by taking the money out of my bank account! After 10 days of talking to them everyday they finally just now straightened it out!

Only problem is now I can't even order the new phone I want until after they get the phone back and process it! Sure they'll give me free 3 day shipping but I want my damn new phone already!!! :mad They really piss me off!!! :mad
