I do not have any kind of sleeping problems so I do not have any kind of unplugging rituals, but sometimes I like to watch ASMR videos while lying on bed
I try to avoid screens before bed and usually read or listen to calm music instead. I’ve noticed my sleep feels deeper and I fall asleep faster when I stick to this routine. Even short digital breaks make a noticeable difference in rest quality.
