This isn't just directed to you but to every one.

If you don't want your personal business talked about in a public forum, then don't ever bring it up. Once you post about something to the entire world, you can't take it back, it's there for good and if other people want to ridicule you or talk about it, there is nothing you can do.
Exactly Tim and that was the point I was trying to make.

sometimes you need to get things off your chest and just because you put it out there doesn't give them the right to be rude.

It's all about perception, Dana. The typed word is very easily mis-read, mainly because you can't hear the tone, or inflection of the voice, in the persons post. I've seen a lot, and I mean a lot of posts that have been taken completely the opposite of how they were intended.

Bit of advice? If you read a post, that you *think* sounds rude... go somewhere else, instead of responding. Let the thread go where it will and nine times out of ten, when you go back to the original post that you thought was rude, suddenly won't seem like it anymore. There are too many hot fingers tapping away at the keyboards, without much thought. AKA - knee jerk reactions.

WOW...who "mods the mods" when they get downright nasty and vindictive.:thumbdown...do you plan out this "tag teaming"

I asked in a pm to one of the fairer ones, but got no answer... so obviously no one. Its another form of "friends with benefits"

I was hoping to see out my 2 years here...but looks like that aint gonna happen

Its the old "do as I do, not as I say"....:thumbdown

guys, it's a forum. And just because someone opened a door trying to be cocky doesn't mean that I had to close it.. I spoke my mind, and do I care?? no, not really. I'm pretty sure I'll still be able to sleep tonight. Ya'll are too sensitive.

Kimmy, I don't know how many internet romances normally work out and, of course, there's no guarantee. But I knew a guy who met someone on a forum I used to frequent. They lived in different nations and still ended up getting married. So good luck!
