just got back from the lake caught 3 trout 2 rainbows 1.8 lb each and the bigest golden trout i've ever caught 6.3 lb .

only been fishing a few times and that was with my brother as a kid. my parents bought me a fisherprise fishing rod. caught 12 fish that day with that thing.

i can't remember the last time i got to fish the first day of trout. my father called me saturday and rubbed it in when he told me my brother and him caught their limit in 2 hours. its all good though. he is going to bring some down when he comes to visit, along with some deer meat... :rock

well what the hell is stopping you , get out there , ther has to be some good fishing around you some where , you can find some good spots on the net , just do a search for the state your in. :dunno

Trout fishing is great. I use to go all the time up in NH. They are smart fish. I was actually night fishing few nights ago.

Homer, how do you rig your equipment up for trout. When i used to go in NH i'd weight it about 2 feet up the line and use a small hook with a nightcrawler on it. Then use a worm blower and blow up the night crawler so when the weight settles on the floor the worm floats up 2ft and wiggles. It worked great.

My buddy just got his Captain's license for his dad's 45 ft. boat so a bunch of us will be making some boozin/fishing trips this summer! His boat's called "Thunder"...things sick. I think it's an 89 or somethin.

Anyways, ya. Fishing & baseball is life up here for me during spring and summer. lol
