omg i i know i have seen that too!! six feet of snow -20C and ppl crazy enough to wear flip flops.:ninjaNo sense no feeling i suppose. LOL

funny how they came back with a passion over the last couple of years. Used to be those leather sandals that went over your feet with the caulk for soles......and some feet just should not be seen. Ppl have some nasty looking toes out there.:yuk

its 33C out right now in the shade here by lake superior in Ontario, Canada, and a very comfortable 23C inside. I've got the curtains shut and windows shut to keep the heat out like we did in Africa, but i'm getting the hubby to put the A/C in tonight before bed. All the animals are sprawled out on the tile floors to stay cool. LOL

:24: I hear ya!!! I can only imagine what this summer is going to be like with all of the rain we have had and how hot it is already. I've always wondered how they get down your pants. :dunno:unsure::humm:

We had a heat index of 101 on Wednesday and I could hardly walk outside.

Ohio weather is same like Chicago right? So am thinking you're gonna get heat waves then this summer given the humidity already in Spring time ! Hate those heat waves! :yuk

So I guess we 're still good in the West given the highest so far we've had is 89 the other day with nice breeze :thumbup

Today it's 75! Awesome!

I was just coming in here to say that we are beyond triple digit heat indexes. It was 103 yesterday...supposed to be 104 - 105 this weekend.

I need to start working on my yard but it has been way too hot to even think about it. I am thinking about just posting an ad on craigslist and paying someone to do it for me.

was about 98 today.., 95 yesterday... I rode 25 miles on my bike yesterday in it.. went through a LOT of water in that hr and a half.... heat index is well over 100.... supposed to be 99 tomorrow 101 monday...

I don't wear flip flops, but I do wear shorts year round... first thing i do when I get home from work every day is put on gym shorts... it can be 0 with a -20 wind chill and I will go to the store that way
