I fancy myself as some kind of BBQ'er. Not a professional or anything, but I can hold my own. Yesterday I decided to fire up the WSM (Weber Smokey Mountain) and smoke a tri-tip to make sandwiches with.
I've made better before, but I was hungry, and impatient. I'm not a professional but I know Weber and their products, and how to cook just about anything on them. If you need any info, let me know.
