The've had a load of shit from the Mexican ambassador for that and the BBC has had to apologise. Fuss about nothing really and pretty hypocritical. Bet the Mexicans were laughing along all the times they took the piss out of Americans.

The comment about waking up and realising you're a mexican was pretty bad...
I don't think they were being overtly racist, just employing not very funny stereotypes, which they do way too much of anyway, I hope they don't face too much flak from this. But stereotypes work best against countries you enjoy a friendly rivalry with.

They just weren't funny and highlighted Hammond's acumen as both a comic and a presenter.

Apparently it's rumoured that Prince Harry might be a star in the reasonably priced car this series, wouldn't surprise me. I mean, they have had A list Hollywood actors begging them to go on there.

One hell of a ride......but every time I see that shot of the Veyron, I think about Hammond's Vampire crash. They checked everything, but never saw the specifications on the tyres. That road was narrow, think about if he had suffered a puncture at that speed.

Top gear is one of the best shows about cars in the world. I think that they are able to get the balance with average car owners and the rich moguls and so they manage to give us a bit of everything. I love that show and i really got to learn a lot from it. I think that they are entertaining and very informative.
