The "joke" is about the location of the "Bombing" (and associated picture) with the next story in the lower-left hand box of 'related' news articles.

Since bombing is an activity an individual does, if associated the way I did (by putting a rectangle around the two headlines), it could be "linked" together in such a way that it appears Afghanistan women are impressed with and want more male bombers, as it 'turns them on' so to speak.
