GOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! I skipped this morning b/c I had something I had to take care of, but I'll make it up next week. ;)
I was busy all day... I'm going in Monday morning for 2 other classes. I'll stay a bit longer and do some cardio.

I told myself I was only going to go 3 days a week because I didn't want to be the gym rat type but I'm thinking maybe I should do 4?

Do whatever you feel like, don't worry about stereotypes. The gym is a good addiction to have! (well for the most part lol)

I think it's funny that people look at being a "gym rat" as a BAD thing. Oh what...you work out and try to stay healthy and it's a BAD thing??? Call me a gym rat all you want...I'll take it.

Well there's a stigma when you call people gym rats... Like the "I pick things up and put them down" types.

A good pace, at least starting out, is every other day. It gives your muscles time to heal.

Damn Kimberly repped me for a post in this thread. I wish it didn't cost me so damn much to get to the gym I def need to start going again. It was sad I was going 5 days a week and it cost me more to get there than the monthly fee.

Join your classes and learn the technique to overcome the issues. Keep continue your practice and be brave to meet your challenges.
