Today, despite looking like a normal Friday, has actually become a really awesome day 
Firstly, drum roll..... my boyfriend actually got a job! It's only part-time and I might be counting my chickens a bit here because he doesn't know how many hours a week he'll actually get yet, but so long as it's over 16 we'll be good this doesn't exactly mean everything's fine for us, but it's a step in the right direction.
Secondly, about half an hour after that phone call, I got a call saying I'd won a bottle of wine for answering a quiz sent by one of our suppliers! They do it every Friday by email and I never bother to play because I assume everyone else will be on it, but apparently my entry was like half an hour before anyone else's
I feel like I should go buy a lottery ticket for tonight, before my luck runs out
