Today is a lazy day

It feels cloudy out. (The blinds are open, the curtains aren't, so I'm not really sure what's going on out there right now.) I've started a couple projects with half-assed enthusiasm. I just cannot seem to want to do today. And I need to get SO much done so I can relax during the three-day weekend. Although, I bet I could knock it off all in an hour, save laundry, if I really wanted to.

Am I the only one getting Lazy Friday vibes?

I've pretty much accomplished absolutely nothing at work today. I have one thing that I have to get done today and I haven't even started.

I have had my share of laziness this week. We ended up getting the whole week off because of snow. I didn't do much at all the first few days and thought I was going to die of boredom. Today I decided I wanted to do something. So I have cleaned the kitchen (washed dishes, mopped, straightened utensil drawer, cleaned appliances). straightened the house, vacuumed, done laundry, graded my papers from last week, and baked cookies, a pie, and an apple cobbler.

Trying to figure out what to do next. While I decide I think I am going to take a nice, long, relaxing bath.

I have been sooooo lazy today...All I've done is the grocery shopping Thankfully I was a bit of a dynamo yesterday, so I don't have to feel too guilty, though I do have 2 tanks to clean this weekend.

I always like to take Friday's a little easier, but today I had the day from hell. Manic from start to finish. Done now though, enjoying a late night coffee and happy to say goodbye to this week

I lied about it taking an hour. Two hours, non stop, and I still wasn't done.

Usually I do Fridays kind of lazy, but I do NOTHING on the weekends, except enjoy Matt being home. I clean the weekend up on Monday, so it's pretty bad come Monday morning. But I have done nothing all week. So it was the weekend PLUS the week. And Brother got me a new vacuum for Christmas so I've kind of been putting off vacuuming this week, but I haven't seen it, and with all the fleecey things we got for Christmas... I think I'll have to cave.

And lo and behold. I plop down with some water and to poke around on here and the drier clicks off... Grr. Oh well, it can sit a bit. I'll fluff it later.

lol yeah you feel that way because you have a job, but after you've had a job for a while and then lost it all you'll think about is how much you hate being at home all the time and wishing you were at work right now lol

I hated it when I had the mornings off and had to go into work in the afternoons. Just give me the whole day to work.
