Now many people will say its absolutely impossible, but is it really?

If a device was invented, could you go back further than the day the device was created? I mean, it didnt exist before the day you had it? could this mean you can only go forwards?

we move through time now, forwards very slowly, cant this be manipulated? personally Im gonna invent the time machine sometime in the future, then send the plans back here, that way, I dont need to do any work...

I love the theory of time travel, but most people get totally lost in it's intricacies. There are many ways to time travel & most of them do not involve a Tardis (Dr Who's time machine). The easiest way to 'time travel' is to use your eyes. Look at the sun & you will see it as it was approximately 7 minutes ago, if it blew up you would not know for 7 minutes. Now look out into space & the farther you look out the further back in time you see. It took thousands of years for the light from some of those objects to travel here.

There are other ways to travel, space travel is one, the faster you go, the slower time passes, but only for you, so if you went on a long, fast trip, when you returned, you may find that your kids are older than you.

You can also travel into the future by going to sleep for a long time, such as cryogenics, freezing your body so that it does not age - not yet possible, but who knows.

Travel into the past may not be possible, although there are some quantum theories that do not rule it out completely. A little out of my league, though, as I doubt it is possible.

I think we have a tendency to overthink things. I believe time travel is impossible because time is immutable. You cannot go forward in time because it haasn't happened yet, and you cannot go back in time be cause it already happened

Even if time travel were possible, you couldn't change the past, because it already happened. Time travelers actions would have been accounted for in the passage of time.

I would LOVE to time travel. If I ever discover a way, you will be the first person I let travel with me. I will have crackers and cheese as well as oreas for you to snack on

Oh I would go back in time to when my grandma was doing my grandpa, and make them stop, so that my mother wasn't conceived. Then I'd navigate my egg self into the uterus of Gail Zappa, so that my birth parents would instead be Frank & Gail Zappa.
