For now the only way if we had the technology capable of emense speed, would be to travel just to the future, to travel to the past you would need total understanding of dark matter and black holes. So try starting there, then when you will know the way you'll need to build a vessel to travel in.

The future doesn't exist, the past only exist in history books, plus we are referencing time as we know on the basis of the earth rotation. So time travel is IMPOSSIBLE

this is where is disagree though because the past has already happened and cannot repeat itself unless there are clones of you pottering around in other dimensions timelapsing the same things over and over again.

as for going into the future your right it cant be done because the future hasnt happened, but you are talking about what is perceived on tv.

like i said before if you went far enough out into space and back yourself would have aged one year, time would have past one year, but on earth 10 years have past so in theory even though no worm hole has been involved it would appear that you would have gone forward 10 years when in fact on earth you been away for 10 years and in your time you have only been aay for 1 year.

I believe time travel is possible according to Eintestein's theory of relativity, but you can only move forward based on your physical speed. You do not notice anything different in relationship to yourself, but if you are moving fast, even better near the speed of light, time will travel more slowly for you then it will for people living on a planet. In essence this would give you an extraordinarily long life span as compared to those who stayed on the Earth. The effect is that compared to those relatively stationary, you would move forward by virtue of time passing slower for you.
