Their automated message said to have whatever rep name i had on my invoice but i bought from ebay there was no rep. Why can't these MFers be like all my other purchases and email me right off? I better hear something by Monday.

Who are you calling? Tiger Direct? You need to contact the seller and/or paypal if you have questions. Did you buy it from a person representing Tiger Direct on Ebay? Did it say how long it would take for the seller to ship after payment received? Cuz when I just ordered from Ebay it said will ship 2-3 days after receipt of payment and it was shipped the next day.

The negative reviews are from Ebay users. Like I said I use them and have no complaints.

Dana I'm on Ebay now and I don't see Tiger Direct selling on Ebay. Could you have been taken in by somebody pretending to represent Tiger Direct? The only thing on Ebay about Tiger Direct is that it has a sponsored link there.

I read... I know where it's coming from I just want confirmation if they've sent it out or not. I usually get a confirmastion the next day if its at night or right after my purchase if its in the afternoon.

Oh and the freaking email they used for Paypal isn't the exact one they use for "help" so i found out....

the Paypal was ebaypaypal@tigerdirect.com, the help was ebaypaypal@help.tigerdirect.com. Hopefully I'll get an answer.
