The proof is in the posts. AEF said he didn't believe the guy should be tortured, and you replied with that.
If you don't like to debate this and it makes you feel like you're being attacked, there is a very simple solution, don't post in this thread. I might disagree with your point but I have no problem with you saying it. You seem to have a problem with me saying my opinion though and start saying that its me attacking you. I really don't see why you have a problem with debate on a forum.

What makes you think I have a problem with you voicing your opinion? I have quite clearly stated I dont. You on the other hand have made it very clear that you have a problem with us debating with you yet you still carry on doing so. You do know it is impossible for me to debate with you if you're not contributing to the debate?
So, let's see.... this tough guy took this 3 month old kid, who could not defend himself, and beat the living hell outta him... ya, let's give him a second chance to do it again... sounds like a good plan.... screw that, I say the death penalty sounds good, but not some BS death penalty like a nice little shot that let's you die peacefully, give him the electric chair, firing squad, or hang his ass.... but, yet again, maybe he should be put in jail for life, after what he did, he will get his ass tortured more by the inmates there, so maybe he really is better off in jail.... no one said the law should torture him, but the law should take care of him and give him what he deserves, and that's NOT a chance at life, or a chance to do this again....

Dont think anyone here want to give him a chance to do it again, if he's locked up in prison for the rest of his life he can't kill any more children. If he's going to have the death penalty though I am entitled to agree with you about the method, hanging is a lot more humane and quick than lethal injection.

Correct, not directly, but indirectly. If he goes to the court, most likely, he MIGHT get life in prison... most likey he MIGHT plead insane and get off after 5-10 years... who really knows... we could speculate all night about it, but when he goes to court, if he does NOT get the death penalty, or life WITHOUT possibilty of parole, he WILL get out on the streets again... NJ really isn't known for their "tough" judicial system to my knowledge.
There's no possible way this guy will walk, or get 5-10. Too much evidence, and premeditation to the crime for him to do that.
