I'd say that to if my older brother was tormenting me, and allowing his friends to do it too. I'd say anything I could to try and hurt their feelings .. like they were hurting me .. IF I were a child.

My son has told me in a fit of "rage" while mad at me .. tha the didn't like me any more, and that he didn't love me anymore. Does that mean that he meant it .. no. It means he was stressed and needed to be left alone to calm down.

When children feel threatened/cornered .. they are like little wild animals .. they'll lash out with whatever they have to get free from the situation.

You know what? I understand where you coming from. They must have done something to his page or messages from his page or something that was not enabling him to log on or something. Not too sure what it is exactly what they did cause it's not to clear as to what was done. And so he was visibly upset and at a disadvantage. I could imagine that would have gotten him angry like that.

If it is tho that he spends way too much time on myspace and/or the net tho, that is not too healthy esp at his age and most likely he does.

Now this very well may be true, but like a lot of us .. we spend too much time on here ;) I know I do.

I think things have shifted this day and time .. from the television being the babysitter to the computer.

Difference between him and us is that we are adults and he is a child tho. It's all well and good as adults to be able to swing it like that accordingly, but children his age need to spend better time with their school work and stuff as opposed to that amount of time on myspace and similar. He may not know better or perhaps is lacking in proper supervision or better example. Precious formative years.
