nowadays its a myth,its all but been stamped out...of course every club has a handful of them but its no-where near the problem it once was.....the problem now is eastern europe,people get killed at their games.

no dont get me wrong,20 years ago if me and peter had organised things,him getting the london lot together and me the midlands,we could probably took 100'000 hooligans to los angeles and wiped the bloods and crips off the map,yes it was that bad

but these days if you look at the england fans at a world cup you'll see family groups of most ethnic groups,whether it be black,asian or chinese....not many hooligans there hey
 
The outbreaks, like at the Millwall game last season were mainly a bunch of 40 something old timers harping back to the good old days and a bunch of 16-17 year old kids trying to impress them. It is still around a bit but modern policing and security has made it impossible like on the 70s and 80s scale. Tottenham, Portsmouth and Cardiff probably have the biggest lot going these days, the ICF is all but dead. It went downhill after they branched out into drug smuggling and other supporters even joined.
