Think Test

25 out of 25>> You got them all correct! Very Observant!

:thumbupGood for me!...

BUT...
I'm going to be picky!!..:p
Some of the questions don't make sense, even for people living in the US.. :sarcasm

* When was the last time you saw a dial phone?.. :D

* Or a TV with a VHF dial?... ;)

* Have they ever seen a round, square, flat or triangle pencil?.. :p

* A fan can rotate both ways.... mine does.... just saying... :humm:

* Hot dog buns come in bags of 8 and 10 depending on the brand... and my supermarket even has bags of 12 and 24 of them.. :willy_nilly:

Same with the hot dogs.. I can buy packages with 8 and 10, and some brands even come with two packs of 4 and 6 each..

AND.....
...saved this as a last observation...

"You got them all correct!"... :ninja

I only learned English by teaching myself, so I might be wrong.. but shouldn't that say?...

"You got them all correctly!" :p

I think "You got them all correct" is correct. To use 'correctly' I think it would have to be "You answered them all correctly".

And the only reason I got the TV one is because I had an old old TV in my room in HS. And the hot dogs and buns one- there's a joke about why it makes no sense to buy the dogs in tens and buns in 8s. Although, I think my both came in 8s last time. They also now make "bun length" hot dogs. I don't know why they didn't always. I wind up with two bites of pure bun. Gross.

Thanks!.. I thought about it after I posted.. It still bothers me, and I think the way you wrote the phrase would be the way they should have written it.. :p
I can be a pain sometimes :D .. maybe we have an English teacher on standby here..

Mine is in the attic, and I wasn't about to go up there looking for it.. :)

Lol... I cut the ends and give them to Lilly.. :p

Our matches have 48 to a box, so I had to guess.

Our buns come in dozen packs, so I had to guess.

Pencils here can be totally round, and not have "sides", so I had to guess.

I got 15 from mostly guesses
