Things that go bump in the night

If it's a tin roof, I guess it could just be creaking. I really don't know anything about your roof though lol.
It doesn't sound like creaking, that's the thing. From the lunch room it sounds like something has hit the roof. (The roof is tin.) I was down in the barn a little while ago when it did it and I actually think it's coming from the doors. They're overhead doors, like garage doors. I think Leah's probably right. It's the temperature difference. It's -43C outside right now. :surrender I ran down to the other barn to look in on the mares and my boogers froze in a few breaths. :ninja
 
Zirc when it's that cold all sorts of things happen to wooden buildings. I've seen it where nails popped back out and they sound like gunfire when they do.

Zirc.... I'd blame it on the weather for sure. My house does it when it gets really really really cold.
