One political party in Washington? Just like Singapore. Both killed the opposition and democracy is working.

the rubbing of backs and the keeping close of friends and enemies will, over time, create a society of sharing, caring individuals who sole existence is to stay powerful, at the expense of true democracy

your founding fathers are turning in their graves

They've been turning in their graves for a while now. Yet we still allow ourselves to be distracted by division issues while our politicians gain more power and sell us down the collective river right in front of our sleeping eyes.....

Perhaps one day all our voters will realize that? Please excuse me if I don't hold my breath on that one.....

Yep, one SoldOutParty in charge. The question is exactly Whom are they listening to? Because it is quite apparent that it is not We The People.

There is no we the people. When only a fraction of those who could vote choose to do so then we as a society have abandoned the concept of we the people.. Too damn many lazy asses that do not want to be bothered with politics. The morons in DC do listen when the people speak up. But we don't do that except when it is either too little or too late most of the time. You want to send a message then get at least 80% of the eligible voters to show up and vote out all the incumbents. When you do that they will start to listen to us rather than the damn lobbyists.

In Detroit more people are unemployed than took the damn effort to vote. Almost 30% unemployed and only 22% voter turnout. Talk about pathetic. In a city that needs change as much as New Orleans needed relief after Katrina.

Make voting compulsory.
That violates liberty, a foreign adult concept you can't hope to grasp. Take your sharp stick and go away.

People are looking for a hero, an easy way out where there is none. We need to realize that hopelessness and apathy is exactly what Washington wants.

LMAO....Obama will be kissing the pimple in the ass when he visits Singapore this wednesday for the Apec Summit.

That's your highlight? That OUR President will be there a few days? :24:

We are really happy that Singapore is there. Who else would build cheap shit for us to sell at Wla-Mart?

I've read enough of your posts to believe you were a solid supporter of the dictator that preceeded President Obama and the Democrat sweep.
and you couldn't be more wrong. What you've been reading is that I don't think there's a cunt hair's difference between the so-called two parties. Hell, read the title to this very fucking thread! This is no change at all from any opinion I've stated anywhere here or in the two other forums I've posted in. I'll be glad to give you their addresses if you want them.

PLEASE find a post or two that set your stated belief about me, because I think you set your belief first (pre-) then sought out proof to support it (judiced).
