We look to actually have a pretty winnable draw to the semis. Ghana first, and then the winner of South Korea and Uruguay. But we're most likely looking at Brazil or Spain in the semis if we make it there.

these are huge occassions between england and germany,they have a largely inexperienced team....where englands players have been involved in many such games....that will count for alot

and you don't give us any credit at all. We're ranked higher than both Ghana and Uruguay and were a bad call away from two wins and a draw rather than the reverse.
You're giving credit for the accomplishments of these other teams, but not giving any of ours any respect.

as it goes,that ranking thing is total B/S......ghana got they're ranking by beating the likes of nigeria,algeria and the ivory coast....uruguay got they'res by beating the likes of argentina and brazil.........america got they'res by beating the likes of canada and haiti

Are there really people out there who haven't yet realised that the football work ranking is the most pointless, useless, inaccurate ranking system in the world?
Spain, before the start of the World Cup had an almost perfect record in the 2 years previously but for some reason are ranked below Brazil who haven't been as good.
Portugal third? Croatia 10th? Yeah, that means a real lot!
