I get the same problem, and I have a pretty fast connection here.
Sports will never take off online until we get a decent picture that doesn't stutter or cut out every bloody minute.

I have watched movies and tv shows online that did not stutter and cut out nearly this bad. It was almost every 15-30 seconds it seemed
its just the fact thats its live streaming, and quite possible in HD too
so live streaming is the problem and there is a difference between that and streaming?

It seems like soccer referees are becoming more and more like baseball umpires or NBA referees... they want to be as much a part of the game as the players. Makes me sick.
yeah with hosted streaming the information is stored on the website and has a chance to buffer and such
with live streaming the information is channeled through the signal then dumped through your internet connection. if you work in an office the bandwidth might have been a factor as well

I think most of them are tired from their season, most of the players that are playing in the World Cup, are European based, plus the altitude is different from Europe, with the exception of a few countries
