Reading the debate section here and seeing American's paranoia about Communism, your good self included, I'd say it's still very relevant! :24:

Paranoia about Communism? Hardly. Communism is a failed system, and I can't think of any sane and rational person that's "paranoid" about it. Like I said, it might have been funny during the Cold War... not today though. The other one was, though largely a rip-off of what I already posted.

I suggest that you do some research before you start using socialism and communism interchangeably. They're two similar, yet vastly different systems.

No, if you had actually paid attention to what I said, I did not use them interchangeably. I drew a distinction between the two in fact, I mentioned socialism, and then I asked if we should go a step further to communism. There's a distinct difference between the two systems, as I've said already. I'd recommend that you just stop now before you dig a bigger hole.
