The Super Bowl PW Thread!

<------- has ALWAYS thought Springsteen was over-rated. *shrugs*
me too

he made his mark by having incredibly long concerts when he started out.

You know you are getting old when you can't remember if you saw a group in concert. I think I saw him in the mid to late 70's before he was the mega star at an ice rink. But I am not positive. I know a friend of mine liked him and went and wanted me to go but shit I don't know for sure. I am thinking I did because after that time I always thought the guitar was a prop for him. He never did a whole lot with it that was very impressive

Allen, do you feel the same as me about having Matt Millen on analyzing a game? HE'S A FUCKIN MORON!
I do not have the hatred for him like many around here do. Sports talk radio is full of comments where guys are really pissed at his getting a job.

Do you base that on his being an idiot as a exec or what he said. I did not listen to any of his comments. I know when he did games back 8 years ago I liked him. But he is a pretty arrogant guy

I was on the phone with my wife while he was talking so the TV was turned down. I just don't see him as having much NFL "street cred" right now, if ya know what I mean.

Well he sure does not have any street cred in Detroit:D
I haven't seen him on TV all year. I mean fuck, the guy got fired after how many absolutely abysmal season running the show up there? Really did nothing positive, and now he's on analyzing the Super Bowl? I'm not buyin it!

Actually, he did have one positive...he made sure every receiver entering the draft got a nice big rookie contract :p
