thats why i mentioned a toad, i wasn't sure

what i think is a parasite is just under his left eye

Certainly is very tiny. Nice little series. Zooming in close on that parasite thing, it's hard to tell if it is something like that.

In the second picture there is a mole type thing on the side of it's face. I think that's the parasite.
