Eye primer (oil free) and Eyeliner gel.

And although some people say it is not attractive, she does a pretty nice job at doing fun make up.

My friend does stuff like that with a special little air brush.

Yep! Flirt for everything. It is a dying art. You just have to make sure you aren't *actually* an air head. You need something behind the flirt, or else it serves no purpose.
