Course I do... I was refering to Skyblue saying that he may be joining Newcastle. But Barca wouldn't sell him.

Then I just went on to voice my opinion on Arsenals solid squad.

Ah gottcha! Just not used to having fellow English round here who I can have an intelligent conversation about football with is all.;) I have seemed to convert Donnie to West Ham though, bribing him with baby clothes helped though!:D

Haha... I hear Bellamy could be sidelined for the rest of the season due to injury?
Bellamy is fit to the best of my knowledge, he just misses the Wales game by throwing a sick note like a lot of them do, on his return from injury helped that one.;)

I'm almost too embarrassed to comment. The way Newcastle are going, I think we'd be lucky to get Mr Blobby to play for us. :(

Stand him on the goal line and I'm sure he would keep the ball out ;)

Anyway what does everybody think of Trapatonni taking the Ireland Manager's job :)

Interesting and unexpected choice, should be good though, much better than getting wide boy El Tel, anyway!

I think he should be able to get the best out of the players we have, and by the sounds of it he has some good ideas already.Cant wait to see his first team selection and if he can talk some players out of retirement. :)

It's an AMAZING appointment. A world class manager, just wait and see if he can get the best out of the team. I think they will improve VASTLY!

personally I think he will be very good for Irish football. All the players can actually respect him for a change and he seems to have a real hunger to do well and put one over on his native land as well.Hopefully he will also help improve the team's concentration levels at the back.Thats what has cost us over the last few years.

The lack of consistency is what needs to be addressed, world beaters one day and flops the next (not unlike my fair land's team)

What ever happens he will put a winning metality in place and a want to do well attitude.

Haha! The Liverpool match was hilarious, getting knocked out at Anfield by little Barnsley and with a last minute gaol too, hilarious!:D
Had to laugh at the supporters staying after the match to chant "Yanks out!":24: To be fair, it's Rafa they should be turning on! The board have stumped up the money for new players and the level of success the've got for what they have invested is woeful!

I hate to say it but Liverpool have some of the worst fans around. The attacked an ambulance for Lord's sake when Smudge went of injured for Man U. The throw things at the players, and are terrible in their attitudes to other players. Yes, it happens everywhere, but Liverpool fans have taken it to the next level... It's sad with a club with such a past, are going from the best fans to the worst... :(

And they just want the billionaire Sheik to take over, so much for loyalty and passion...

I don't ever remember them having good fans! They got all English clubs kicked out of Europe in the eighties for a few years, remember!:eek
